Become a Master Female Trainer & Pre & Post-Natal Certified
Did you know if you study the regular Cert III & IV in Fitness, you’re not actually qualified to train pregnant and post-natal women from the second trimester all the way through until the initial few months after birth (even longer under certain circumstances)?!
We are here to unite science and practice by empowering women with education around our menstrual cycle, hormones, pregnancy, pelvic floor, menopause, thyroid, ADHD, blood work, body image and so much more!
Historically, women have been underrepresented in medical, fitness and exercise studies.
With a recent shift towards including women and specifically analysing the unique needs of females – there is still a 10-year gap between new research and implementation, that’s a huge gap in knowledge and health outcomes.
